KS1 enjoyed Ayda’s performance on guitar during this week’s music assembly. Ayda played an accomplished finger-picked piece full of expression and dynamics.
The children had the opportunity to ask Ayda questions about her instrument and later shared what the music reminded them of. Some responses included ‘going on holiday’ and ‘sitting in a hot cup of coffee.’”
This week in music Year 4 explored the traditional fiddle tune Tideo, learning both the singing and dance elements of the piece.
