KS1 News
Come and see what KS1 have been up to in this festive week!
Year 1
We have had a busy but exciting last week in Year 1! Thank you to everyone who came to support us in our Christmas show, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. In DT we finished off our cookery lessons by making our own fruit salads. We learnt how to safely use the knives to chop the fruit and made sure they were bright and colourful. In History we made Victorian style Pomanders. To do this we carefully pushed cloves into oranges, they smelled lovely! We loved comparing a Victorian Christmas decorations to how we celebrate today. We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas holiday, thank you for a great term.
