Thai, I love all the different flavours.

What type of food do you enjoy making? 

My favourite thing to make is artisan chocolate. Insider information: Sam owned her own chocolate shop for 8years

Did you love cooking when you were at school? 

Yes I loved cooking at school and ended up doing Home Economics Food and Nutrition for my GCSE’s before starting my apprenticeship at Claridges Hotel London. Insider information: Sam has also worked at the Ritz and Gordon Ramsay

How long have you been a chef? 

23 years

Was there a specific person who inspired you to cook? 

My mum inspired me to cook when she went on a Prue Leith course. She came home with so many amazing and delicious dishes.

Fun fact: Chef Sam will be cooking at least 12 huge turkeys for our Christmas lunch!
